Small Business
This is a very broad area of law, and we represent both employers and employees, and buyers or sellers, such as: buying or selling a business; forming a new business/entity; partnership agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements; employment or severance agreements; employee handbooks; cease & desist matters; trademark research and registration services (it’s your business, own it); other contract negotiations and drafting; and, small business litigation.
Dentistry
